When the Allouez Optimist Club approached Full Scope Creative, they weren’t just looking for a logo—they wanted a design that could unify their brand and bring new life to both the club and their signature event, AllouezFest. Rather than relying on the standard Optimist International logo or a simple wordmark, they wanted visuals that reflected their unique identity and strong connection to the local community.
The club’s mission—being a “Friend of Youth”—was central to the logo we created for them. It needed to capture the heart of their community involvement and youth-focused mission, while also feeling professional and timeless. For AllouezFest, which is centered around a popular classic car show and community picnic, we leaned into bold, retro-inspired design elements that evoked the spirit of vintage autos and neighborhood events.
The design process started with a questionnaire for each logo to learn more about their goals and preferences. We developed three initial concepts for each project and worked closely with the client through three rounds of revisions to fine-tune the designs. The end results were distinctive, on-brand, and versatile across both print and digital formats.
