At Full Scope Creative, we work with small businesses and nonprofits that are ready to make some big changes to their websites. We’ve worked with clients who love their businesses but aren’t happy with their websites. Sometimes the design is outdated. Other times the website is difficult to update or isn’t bringing in the leads they hoped for.
We often hear things like, “Our website isn’t getting the results we want,” or “We don’t have a good relationship with our current designer.” Those are real problems that can make running a business harder than it needs to be.
Our goal is to make your website easier to use, easier to manage, and better suited for your business. If your current website is causing more headaches than helping your business, it may be time for a redesign.
Your website may have worked great when it was first built, but a lot can change over the years. Your business grows, your services change, and the way people use websites changes too. If your site looks outdated, doesn’t work well on phones, or is difficult to update, it may be time for a website redesign.
At Full Scope Creative, we help small businesses and nonprofits take what isn’t working with their current website and make it better. That could mean a new design, easier navigation, better content, or features that make the website more useful for your customers. A redesign gives you the chance to fix those problems and build a website that better fits your business today.
Your website should be as beautiful as it is functional. We handle everything—design, development, copywriting, marketing, maintenance, and security—so you get a site that looks great, runs smoothly, and helps your business grow.
Does your brand reflect your mission — or are your marketing materials all over the place? At Full Scope Creative, we bring clarity and consistency through graphic design that tells your story and connects with your audience.
When you work with Full Scope Creative, you’re working with real people who take the time to get to know you and your business. We’ve been building websites and working with small businesses and nonprofits since 2010. One thing we’ve learned is that a good website starts with understanding the people and the business behind it.
We know that choosing someone to redesign your website is a big decision. You want a team that listens to your ideas, answers your questions, and keeps you involved throughout the process. That’s how we approach every project. We want you to feel comfortable working with us and confident in the website we’re building together.
Chris is very efficient, easy to work with and does a outstanding job.
Redesigning your website is a great chance to fix the things that aren’t working and improve the things that are. At Full Scope Creative, we take the time to learn about your current website, what you like about it, and what you want to change. We also keep you involved throughout the design process so the finished website is something you’re happy with and can easily manage.
We offer different website design options to fit your business, your goals, and your budget. Whether you need a fully custom website or a more affordable option using our proven framework, we can help you choose the right fit.
Your business probably looks a little different today than it did when your website was first built. You may offer new services, have a larger team, or be reaching a different group of customers. Your website should reflect those changes.
With a website redesign, we can improve how your business looks online and how people use your website. We’ll work with you to create a design that better represents your business today while making it easier for visitors to find what they need and take the next step.
We’ve helped small businesses and nonprofits turn outdated websites into something they’re proud to share. Some needed a completely new look. Others needed better navigation, updated content, or features that made the website easier to use and manage.
Every business has different needs, and every redesign comes with its own goals. Take a look at some of the websites we’ve worked on and see how a new design could improve your current website.
Since 2010, we’ve worked with small businesses and nonprofits in many different industries throughout the United States. We’ve helped clients update older websites, improve how their services are presented, and make their websites easier for customers to use. No matter what type of business you run, we take the time to learn about your needs and what you want your redesigned website to do better.
“When I started Full Scope Creative in 2010, my goal was to build websites that helped small businesses tell their stories and reach more customers. That hasn’t changed. Today, we also help businesses take websites they’ve had for years and turn them into something that works better for them.
A website redesign isn’t just about making things look better. It’s about fixing what’s not working, making updates easier, and building a website that fits the business today. While I can speak geek, I much prefer plain English. I want our clients to understand their websites and feel comfortable using them.”
Chris Robinson, Owner of Full Scope Creative

Before we start redesigning your website, we want to know what’s working and what needs to change. We’ll look at your current website, talk about your business goals, and learn what you want the new site to do better.
A good website redesign marketing strategy looks at more than colors, photos, and layouts. We also look at how people find your website, what pages they’re visiting, and how easy it is for them to contact you or learn about your services. We want to keep the things that are working well and improve the areas that need help.
Our goal is to give you a website that looks better and works better for your business. And having a good plan before we start helps us get there.
One of the biggest complaints we hear from business owners is how difficult it can be to update their current website. We don’t want you dealing with those same problems after your website redesign.
We build our websites using WordPress and Elementor, making it easy for you to change text, add photos, update pages, and publish blog posts. We’ll also provide one-on-one training that we record so you can watch it again whenever you need a refresher.
We have a library of step-by-step video guides to help with common website updates. And if you ever get stuck or have a question, our team is just a phone call, text, or email away.
From start to finish, I was pleased with the professionalism, promptness, and turn around time for my website Green Bay Doulas- it’s brought my business to the next level. Chris is wonderful to work with and I would suggest Full Scope Creative to anyone looking to elevate their website to the next level.

Some websites are fun to build. Some are special because of the people behind them. This one is both.
PrePlayed was our very first client when Full Scope Creative started in 2010. Paul trusted us in the early days. We have worked together ever since. That means a lot to us.
When it was time to refresh preplayedgb.com for 2026, we were excited to get started.
The goal was simple. Make the site look better. Make it easier to use. Make it easier to update.
Paul had a few clear goals.
He wanted the site to look better on phones and tablets. He wanted a smoother user experience. He also wanted to update the top banner more easily when he had store announcements.
PrePlayed has grown over the years. They now sell vinyl records and cassette tapes. They carry games for all major systems. The website needed to show all of that clearly.
We rebuilt the site using the newest version of Elementor. We used flex containers and a cleaner layout system. This let us remove old tables and dated design pieces.
The new layout feels open and organized. It works well on every screen size. It is also much easier for Paul to manage.
This project was not just about looks.
We cleaned up the backend of the site. We removed plugins that were no longer needed. Fewer plugins help a site run faster and stay more secure.
We updated the site structure using newer tools inside Elementor. This improved how pages load and how they adjust on mobile devices.
We also added extra security features to protect the site.
The result is a faster, cleaner, and more stable website.
The PrePlayed website supports real store activity.
We built custom forms so customers can request items to be added to a reserve list. When items come in, the store can contact them. This connects the website directly to the in-store experience.
We also added an employment form to make hiring easier.
The updated content clearly explains what PrePlayed buys and sells, including:
The site keeps the fun feel customers expect while staying clean and easy to use.
This project means more than just a redesign.
PrePlayed has been with us since day one. From our first website together in 2010 to this new build for 2026, we have grown side by side.
We believe in long-term partnerships. We do not disappear after launch. We continue to support, improve, and protect the websites we build.
The new preplayedgb.com is ready for the future. And we are proud to still be part of their story.
We design and build your updated website with improved layouts, content, and features that better fit your business and customers.
We launch your redesigned website, review everything to make sure it’s working, and show you how to make updates on your own.
If your business sells products online, your website needs to make shopping easy for your customers. An outdated design, confusing product pages, or a difficult checkout process can cause people to leave before making a purchase. Our e-commerce website redesign services can help improve how your online store looks and works.
At Full Scope Creative, we build online stores using WordPress and WooCommerce. We can redesign your current store with better product layouts, easier navigation, and a checkout process that’s simple for your customers to use.
We can also improve how you manage products, categories, pricing, shipping, and inventory. Whether your store has a handful of products or hundreds, we’ll work with you to create an online shopping experience that’s easier for both you and your customers.
Yes! One of our goals with every website redesign is to make the new site easier for you to update. We often hear from business owners who have to contact their current designer just to change a photo, update their hours, or add a new page. We don’t want you dealing with those same problems.
We build our websites using WordPress and Elementor so you can make those everyday updates yourself. We’ll show you how to use your new website and provide recorded training you can watch again whenever you need help.
And if you would rather have us make an update, that’s fine too. We’re always just a phone call, text, or email away.
There isn’t a set number of years you should wait before redesigning your website. If your current site looks outdated, is difficult to update, doesn’t work well on mobile devices, or isn’t bringing in the results you want, it may be time for a redesign. We can review your current website and help you decide if a full redesign makes sense or if a few smaller updates would be enough.
The cost of redesigning a website depends on the size of the site, the features you need, and how much work goes into the new design. At Full Scope Creative, our Premium Framework websites start at $3,500, and our Custom Website Design starts at $7,000. We’ll talk about what you want to improve with your current website and help you choose an option that fits your business and budget.
Yes! In most cases, you can keep your current domain name when redesigning your website. We can also use your existing photos, text, and other content if they’re still a good fit for your business. You don’t have to start over with everything. We’ll review what you already have and help decide what should stay, what needs updating, and what should be replaced.
A website redesign can affect your Google rankings, especially if pages are removed, URLs change, or important content is replaced. That’s why we look at SEO as part of our website redesign process. We review your current pages, plan for any needed redirects, and work to keep the SEO value you’ve already built. We can’t promise that rankings won’t change, but we take steps to help protect them while improving your website.
Absolutely! Our WordPress website redesign services are a great fit for businesses that already have a WordPress site but want a better design or easier editing tools. We build our websites using WordPress and Elementor, and we can often reuse content, photos, and other parts of your existing site. We can also help businesses move from other website builders to WordPress if their current platform isn’t meeting their needs.
