Tools like Zoom, Teams, Meets, and virtual meetings options are perfect for quick check-ins, simple updates, or small changes to a website. Virtual meetings can be efficient and convenient. But they’re not for everything.
When it comes to getting to know our clients and building real relationships and partnerships, we still value getting to meeting in person. Sitting across the table with a client, grabbing a cup of coffee (you know I love coffee, right?), and having an unhurried chat means so much to us. It’s a great way to learn what really motivates our clients, hear about the challenges they’re going through, and how we can help them move forward.
We have never been a web design company that purely lives behind a screen or support ticket. We’re local, present, and always willing to meet with our clients. Even if that’s just to chat and say ‘Hi!’ Those face-to-face meetings and chats help us get to know not just a business, but the person behind it.
