Over the years I’ve often said to our team and sometimes even to our clients: Rule number one is Faith. Family. Full Scope Creative. In that order, simple, intentional, and it guides how we work every day.
Faith and Family being first doesn’t mean that Full Scope Creative isn’t important. It means that things only works when life is in balance. I never want a team member skipping a Bible study, missing family dinner, or sacrificing the things that ground them just to get to working project. For some, faith looks like church or prayer. For others, it’s a quiet walk, time outdoors, or reflection. However it’s defined, those moments matter.
If life is out of balance, the work will suffer. Burnout will never lead to better ideas, tighter strategy, or stronger relationships. Full Scope Creative is at its best when our team is healthy, present, and supported in their real lives, never running on empty.
This rule benefits our clients as well. It means they are working with people who care, think clearly, and take great pride in doing things the right way. When Faith and Family come first, everything else, including Full Scope Creative, ends up stronger.
